I wanna change my theme because I plan to offer paid advertisements on this blog. But I have one question to all of you and I hope you answer me. Would it be alright if I offer paid advertisements even if my blog is only 8 months old? Or is it to early?

Yesterday, during our Philippine Literature class, our professor gave us a surprise pre-test. We were all shocked because we were not prepared and we don’t have any idea on what our test will be since we haven’t discussed anything yet.

Miss Chaves asked us to get a sheet of yellow paper. I only have a blue paper and I asked my seatmate Iif I could use a blue one but then he said maybe blue’s not allowed so he gave ma a piece of yellow paper. Then when the papers and the ballpens are ready, she instructed us the following:

1. Do not write anything that would identify you, your name, student number, anything.
2. To avoid cheating, close your eyes. (We actually laughed, but she said she’s not joking.)
3. Write anything. Write! And once you started, do not stop until I say so.

We had different reactions. We were curious what’s this for. What’s this all about? Close our eyes and write? duh. It was a really hard pre-test. With our eyes close, we can’t see what we’re writing. We don’t know if we’re writing legibly. Aside from that, it’s so hard to think what to write. Believe me, I can’t think og anything to write that time. I just wrote what’s happening on that time. haha. And when she said stop and open our eyes, we were all laughing at our papers. Our handwriting sucks. haha. Then after passing our papers, she chose three papers to read out loud what’s written on it. nah. My seatmate told me, “Kung yung blue yung ginamit mo, mahahalatang sa’yo yun. Nakakahiya.” haha. He’s right.

It was a one of a kind experience. That pre-test taught us the lesson, “It’s hard to write when you can’t see, but it’s not impossible.” So true. ;))

And by the way, she also gave us an assignment to make a blog wherein we will discuss the topics she’ll give. I was kinda disappointed when she said that we should make a blog exclusively for this assignment. So meaning, I can’t use this mwahugz.net. :( And worse, she said that our blogs should be up by Thursday, which is tomorrow, or else we won’t have grades. UGH. it’s not easy to customize a blog, think of what to discuss on the two topics given in just two days, or even less! So I ended up using blogspot.com because if I insist to seek for free domain hosting, I may lose time on fixing and customizing it. nah.
